The Make A Wish Foundation Of America
Make A Wish grants wishes to terminally ill children and their families. Want to be a cop for the day? Maybe you want a makeover? No matter how simple or difficult, if Make A Wish can do it, they will, and we want to do what we can to help a child’s wish come true this season.
Fundraiser Details
This page will be updated with details about our fundraiser including updates on prize drawing events and our radiothon, which will also have some changes to it this year. If you’ve read all of this before, you can jump down to the ready set donate heading down below to make your donation. If this is your first time donating, read the ready set donate section for instructions.
This page will allow you to help donate to our MakeAWish fundraiser. Although paypal processes the payments, you do not need a paypal account, as you can just use a standard debot/credit card or checking account if you’d prefer.
The 24 Hour Radiothon
As we do every year, on the last day of our fundraiser, December 21, 2025, from the moment the clock turns to December 21 at midnight eastern until the clock turns to December 22, we’ll be doing a 24 hour radiothon filled with music, games, traditional features and more to help promote the fundraiser, and to give you the chance to win prizes, even if you’re unable to donate to the event. Oh yes, there will be some prizes. Read below.
Radiothon Details
You’ll want to be subscribed to our social media channels, email list or check this page for updates about the radiothon, but here’s what we know so far.
- The Djd Invasion Christmas Party will start earlier to include new features, including a Press Your Luck tournament with cash on the line, an interview and more
- Can you stay up long enough to participate in some random games and contests to win a prize in our 10 straight years of giving drawing?
- All our Make A Wish stories except for a couple of very popular ones will be totally new
- We will do our traditional presentation of the money collected through this form to Make A Wish
- And other things that I no longer feel like typing about, so you’ll just have to tune in and be part of the fun. This page and section will be updated with links to listen and interact during the event once it starts.
- For every $10 donation you make up to $50.00, you’ll be put in a drawing for one of two gift cards and a tech related prize to be awarded during the radiothon. So if you give $50, you’re in 5 times. We capped it at $50.00 to keep people who have more money than others having an unfair advantage.
- Even if you can’t give $10 or more, you’ll have opportunities to score an entry by winning certain contests during the radiothon or completing some tasks to make your listener experience more exciting. Can you stay up throughout the event to qualify?
- Anyone who gives a donation of $100.00 or more will be put into a unique drawing for a very special voucher you will definitely want to win, plus the 5 drawing entries for donating $50.00.
Details will be announced as the radiothon gets closer, and this prize, too, will be given away during the radiothon. But understand, $100 is your only drawing opportunity, if you give $200.00 you’re still in this special voucher drawing only one time.
