We are so glad you have taken an interest in joining us at the beacon.
Before You Begin The Application Process
We're open to your ideas and ways you'd like to help the beacon light shine brighter, but these are three basic terms you should know if you're going to be part of this team.
- 1. Beaconeer - A main staffer to the station. They might do a show, administrate, or do a combination, but they bring everything exclusively to the beacon.
- 2. A ray of light - Someone who does an infrequent program or something from another network.
- 3. A Flash Of Lightning - Someone who contributes a show once a month or on rare occasions
Other terms may be developed, but these are the three main rolls you can serve if you apply/contact about joining.
How To Fill Out The Application
The application is divided up into 4 sections. The first asks for your name and contact details. The second will ask about your show idea. The third will allow you to share your prior broadcast experience, as well as links to any prior shows or things you'd like us to hear prior to contacting you. Lastly you'll have a chance to review your answers and make any changes.
